About our Client : Our client is one of the biggest players in the Pharma space. They are a part of the Fortune 500 and is one of the best names to work with in industry and otherwise. They are looking to strengthen their compliance, controls and Audit function and for the same looking for bright professionals based out of their Mumbai office (which is their India headquarters).

Job Description : Reporting into the CFO and dotted line to Regional lead you will be responsible for:

- Internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR), ensuring SOX, FCPA and Healthcare Law compliances

- Supporting FD and the region to develop and maintain a strong and practical risk awareness, compliance and control culture and environment.

- Streamlining and harmonizing local policies including removal of local/divisional policies where they can be leveraged from corporate policies and procedures.

- Providing support and guidance to business process owners in the development, execution and documentation of remedial actions for any deficiencies in ICOFR/SOX/FCPA

- Discussing and finalizing quarterly local audit committee presentation with external audit firms

The Successful Candidate:

- Ideally you are a CA/MBA with 8-12+ years of post qualification work experience in a risk management/control environment including experience with risk identification, measurement and assessment, risk monitoring, reporting and escalation.

- You are working in a MNC in Pharma/Manufacturing/FMCG space. Candidates from Big 4 who had clients in these industries are also welcome to apply.

- You are a driven individual with the knack of managing stakeholders efficiently and have a track record of success in your last assignment.
