Candidates who have handled 'Enterprise Account Management' of large size organisations (OEMs) and played an Individual Contributor Role and are working in Companies like Oracle, SAP, Sales Force, Dassault Systems, PTC, HP, etc. may only apply.   POSITION: The Enterprise Account Manager   EXPERIENCE: The Account Manager(AM) should have handled Complex Enterprise IT Product Sales of MNCs for at least 10 years and carry experience of around 8 - 18 years in any Software Product Co.  EDUCATION: BE must & MBA preferred.   SKILLS   - MUST HAVE GOOD CONTACTS WITH CXOS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE OEMs BASED OUT IN SOUTH INDIA & MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF DEALING LARGE ACCOUNTS WITH THEM.   - He or she should be very comfortable in understanding the Automotive / Manufacturing Industry, & the technologies that go into it.   - He or she should be very comfortable in understanding Financial terminologies and analysis of the Co.   This means he or she should have the following competencies :   - The ability to understand the account in detail,   - The key drivers of the industry it operates in & The trends affecting the industry.   - He or she should be extremely comfortable in analyzing the company through its balance sheet  - Read analyst reports and also analyze secondary research available on the account.   - Demand Creation of large Transformation Deals: Based on the understanding of the account and the key business issues:   - He or she should be able to arrive at potential areas wherein the Cos. technology could impact the account.   - He or she should be able to create demand for the Co. based on the business understanding of the account.   - He or she should be comfortable in creating a transformational large deal pipeline that consists of products, consulting and services.  - Engage with Executive Management:   - He or she should engage with senior account executives, discuss key business issues and manage multiple stakeholders in the account.   - He or she should be extremely comfortable in engaging in business discussions with key stakeholders, analyzing their business and offering insight to them.   - Based on this insight he or she should be able to effectively position the Cos. technology to solve the key business issues in the account.   - Managing Account Organizational Politics:   - The AM should be extremely comfortable in managing the politics arising of large complex transformational deals in his account.   - He or she should look at the positive aspect of this political dynamics which is to build strong transformational champions in the account   - Prior Sales Training: He or she should be exposed to transformational enterprise sales training programmes like   - Power Base Selling, Customer Centric Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.   If you find yourself exposed the above given criteria, please share your profile.
