Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
 
Role Description:
The incumbent in this role will work as part of a team to leverage their technical skills and functional knowledge (through some delegating and training) and strive to become an influential advisor for small to mid-size clients. The incumbent lead less complex projects with direction from more senior consultants and serve as a key team member for large targeted clients. Incumbents in this role should demonstrate the potential to grow into a lead design consultant role with targeted clients.
 
Role Details:
 
Key Responsibilities/ Activities

    * Plan and manage the project (key steps, timelines and responsibilities)

    * Evaluate project management documentation (like project tracker, master consulting agreement (MCA), etc.)

    * Allocate and track chargeability.

    * Lead the project to ensure:-

    * Efficient and timely delivery to enable project profitability.

    * Client satisfaction with the process and outcome.

    * High quality output.

    * Learning opportunities for the team member.

    * Knowledge creation for the team.

    * Good collaboration and communication within the team.

    * Effective leveraging of firm resources for the project.

    * Spear-head client interaction during the project to ensure smooth execution of the project.

    * Raise invoice and manage collections.

    * Manage the project along with the PD and the team, and discuss and document learning.

    * Mentor less experienced consultants.

    * Specialist in at least one of the solution areas

Education & Certification

    * M.B.A/ Post-Graduate from Tier 1 B-Schools

Work Experience

    * 3 to 5 years of work experience.

    * Industry experience and consulting experience across different content area(s) preferable.

Other-Travel Expectations/Other Unique Role Characteristics

    * Ability to travel and work at client locations.

    * Ability to communicate in different languages (added advantage)
