Role Accountability:
- Contributes to Reward & benefits strategy development and delivers operational support
- Leads regular/ad hoc benchmarking activities and builds understanding, skill-sets and competencies in Reward & Recognition within the HR and Line Manager communities
- Contributes to/support Executive Compensation
- Lead for Budget, Governance & compliance processes
- Line manager Rewards capability (Organizational capability) building
- Lead Project Management : Implements specific initiatives which are Reward & benefits-led, within the overall Global, Region and local HR roadmap; Lead Reward Tool Project
- Brings outside –in perspective for cutting edge expertise/know how and concepts including best practice sharing.
- Provides expert advice, interpretation and guidance on practices and processes regarding pay management to identified customer groups
- Contributes to proposing Annual Salary review approach
- Mentor to the other Reward consultants in team
- Manager of Self
Desired applicant profile:
Education- MBA 8-10 yrs
- Min 3 years experience of handling C& B role in good organisation or C &B consulting experience
- Good conceptual understanding of the vertical
- Strong in Analytics and applied thinking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to influence
- Team management
