We are looking for Compensation & Benefits specialist for Pharma Industry.
Job Description:
- To manage compensation and benefit operations across geographies and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual Compensation Review: Forecast budget for salary adjustments and advise on salary increases
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking : Remain current on domestic and international compensation trends and practices as well as any changes in regulations; participant in various compensation & benefits benchmarking survey and interactive forum. Conduct market evaluations of existing salaries and benefits to ensure internal and external equity and market competitiveness
- Promotion & Confirmation Process: Review confirmation and promotions, handle exceptions in recruitment fitments
- International Mobility : Facilitate the transition of employees, expatriation and repatriation fitment, definition of the terms and conditions of employment and negotiation with the employee and offer the expat package; execute international Assignment Guideline for Emerging markets to ensure smooth and effective Expatriation and Repatriation in the best organizational interest

- Manpower Planning: Facilitate the manpower planning process, consolidate and prepare the company level manpower budget, analyze trends, determine any addition or reduction in manpower required to ensure the business is appropriately staffed and organized and manpower cost is optimized.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
Educational Qualifications: MBA HR with good academic credentials
Experience Required: 7-12 years of work experience (With atleast 3 years in C&B)
Functional requirements:
- Knowledge of Compensation structuring, benefit plans, incentive plans, Basic knowledge of taxation and labour laws.
- Good understanding of International C&B.
