Our client is looking to take on board an HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Your job responsibilities will be
- Manage and execute compensation programs, practices, policies and systems
- Provide in-depth compensation consulting and program management
- Participate in the design, implementation, administration and analysis of compensation programs and solutions
- Provide support with various compensation analyses, financial models, base salary, promotion and adjustment increases, short term and long term incentive programs, semi-annual reward cycles and off cycle processing
- Consult with internal business leaders regarding compensation-related issues and develop solutions to meet specific needs
- Research, analyze and measure compensation solutions to ensure competitive pay practices.
