Job description:
- Provide support and analytical expertise on total compensation practices
- Coordinate various in-house and outsourced projects pertaining to C&B
- Manage salary planning, stock option and incentive planning processes
- Help design, implement and administer competitive C&B programs
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
- Excellent exposure in Compensation and benefit role, preferably in consulting organization
