We have the following requirement with an MNC client in Mumbai or Dubai as location
- MBA HR with 5 years experience in Rewards and Benefits with strong understanding of global mobility strategy and MNC reward strategy practices, Comp bench-marking, job evaluation, salary reviews, designing rewards structures, bonus programmes implementation, sales incentives schemes designing and implementation
- Experience of SAP HCM will be an added advantage
- This is a great opportunity to work with global team of Compensation & Benefits team
