Role:

- Responsible for administering company compensation programs regionally.

- Evaluate and analyze salary data, determine pay grades, and conduct or participate in regional compensation surveys.

- Conduct job evaluations and serve on job evaluation committee.

- Should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedure.
