We are looking for Manager in reward to be based out on Mumbai for a MNC FMCG company
MBA HR with 2 years + exp in Compensation, Benefits Rewards & PMS domain . Full time regular 2 years degree is a must for the applicant( 2012/2011/2010/2009) batches
Engage with Business Heads, excellent communication , strong in number crunching , conceptualization and execution and a team leader .
- Advise upon pay decisions, policy and guidelines
- Develop Compensation tools
- Organize data from market compensation and benefits surveys
- Assess external market with Internal
- Develop Benefit programs
