We are Looking for Sr. Manager C&B for a very large IT company in Pune. The position would be responsible for compensation and benefits function. The person should have experience of strategy, analysis, design, implementation and administration of the organizations compensation and benefits programs.
The Job responsibilities are as follows:
- Formulate Benefits strategies and policies that support the attraction, recognition and retention of talents.
- Lead the analysis, design and delivery of key benefit programs.
- Manages the administration of merit review process, incentive plans and stock plans.
- Manages the participation and collection of salary surveys and competitive benchmarking for the Company’s compensation and benefits programs.
- Keep abreast of statutory and legislative changes and make recommendations to ensure compliance.
- Good project management and communication skills.
