The responsibilities will include:

- Implement and administer the organisation’s compensation and benefit programmes and activities so that they meet the organisation’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.

- Topic areas covered: Job evaluation and classification, salary administration, short term, sales incentive plans, employee benefits (such as health, insurance, motor vehicles, perquisites, expatriate compensation, executive compensation, workers compensation, salary packaging, retirement, pension and superannuation plans.

- Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organisation’s current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organisation’s global reward strategy.

- Administer the annual performance review and salary planning process. Train HR and Line Managers on review guidelines, tools and budget utilization. Ensure effective budget utilization.

- Ensure that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.

- Administer preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation and personal policies.

- Training and supporting the HR organization with regards to the C&B programs and practices

- Researching and scrutinising the general factors like the government policies changes in the tax structure, market conditions etc.

- Working on HR Analytics and HR Reporting. Design, analyze and prepare Annual HR reports, HR Dashboards etc.

- Prepare structured communications calendar; get involved in employee engagement events and drive extensive communication through various channels

- Design HR communication templates for various communications

- Ensure all HR Communications are in line with Metso Global Communication guidelines

- Manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service and cost efficiency
