Compensation & Benefits Analyst - BPO (6-8 yrs)

We are looking for compensation and benefit analyst to support the CnB department of a leading MNC

Role Profile - The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. Develops and/or participates in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position

Scope :

- Helps to plan and develop compensation and benefit programs by evaluating cost and effectiveness of programs.

- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.

- Recommends company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets and regulatory compliance.

- Understands market trends and provides guidance and inputs for compensation and benefits strategies/policies.

- Prepares special studies and makes recommendations on both compensation and benefits subjects.

- Ensures adherence to applicable company policies and practices as well as legal and tax regulations.

Desired Profile :

- MBA in HR from a reputed institute

- Strong knowledge of principles and practices of C&B systems and programs

- At Least 4 years of C&B role experience with reputed organisations preferably in the ITES space

- Analytical and numerical intellect

- Excellent MS Office skills

- Ability to interact/influence leadership level stakeholders

- Excellent office skills - (verbal and written ) communication, stakeholder management, proactive planning, project anchoring
