Compensation & Benefit (2 to 4 years)
We have an opening in leading MNCs in Mumbai. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in Compensation and benefit role.
The person need to:
- Design and implement tools to enhance HRM and Manager decision making relating to Compensation based on compensation analytics
- Manage salary planning, stock option and incentive planning processes
- Create and execute procedures related to pay practices.
- Provide support for any compensation related regulation compliance
- Coordinate various in-house and outsourced projects pertaining to C&B
- MBA (HR) from premier B schools with 2 to 4 years of experience (from XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI and 2008/09/10/11 batch will be considered)
- Person who is currently handling end to end compensation and benefit role in consulting organization
- Excellent communication skill is must
