Compensation & Benefit (1 to 3 years)

We have an opening in leading MNCs in Mumbai. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in Compensation and benefit consulting.

The person need to:

- Design and implement tools to enhance HRM and Manager decision making relating to Compensation based on compensation analytics

- Manage salary planning and incentive planning processes

- Create and execute procedures related to pay practices.

- Provide support for any compensation related regulation compliance

- Coordinate various in-house and outsourced projects pertaining to C&B

Location: Mumbai

Candidate Profile:

- MBA (HR) from premier B schools with 1 to 3 years of experience ( from XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI… and 2007/08/09 batch will be considered)

- Person who is currently handling end to end compensation and benefit consulting

- Excellent communication skill is must
