Designation - Specialists - Compensation & Benefit
Location - Bhubaneswar / Jamshedpur / Kolkata
We are looking for HR Functional Specialists to manage Compensation and Rewards globally across SBUs, Manufacturing units
Job Responsibility
1. To formulate Compensation Strategy to support Business.
2. Study the entire talent supply in new geographies and design competitive compensation framework
3. Comply with local statutory requirements and carry benchmarking with market practices across geographies
4. Provide analysis on market data for compensation and benefit initiatives
Location - Bhubaneswar / Jamshedpur / Kolkata
Candidate profile
- HR Champions / Specialists with strategic and innovative bent of mind.
- Should be able to manage complexities across geographies.
- 4 – 8 years post qualification. ( At least 3 years into Compensation & Benefit )
- Premier B School graduates (XLRI, SCMHRD, TISS, and like institutes) working with reputed corporate /consulting firms
