Compensation & Benefit Specialist - HR Consulting Firm (4-10 yrs)

This Opportunity is with one of the HR Leading Consulting Company, based out in Mumbai.

Role: Compensation& Benefits

KRA Includes:

Create tools to simplify and standardize the recruitment process from compensation perspective

- Co-relate the concepts of experience at level with the compensation model and educate the recruitment team on the compensation model

- Set-up the compensation processes

- Oversee and manage the Re-badging process as Compensation POC

- Ensured the correct fitment and transition of employees and compensation model to Accenture Hierarchy and Compensation Structure

- Support the HR team in designing communications related to transition decisions / changes where compensation was impacted - Variable pay / Compensation cycle change

- Design Rebadging fitment tool to Accenture movement as per agreed guidelines by the stakeholders which helped the team ensure smooth transition process with limited involvement from Compensation team for the rebadging process which was continued in small batches for over a year

- Reviewed and Standardized the Compensation Structure.

- Conduct the end to end Compensation Review process.

- Benefits Planning

- Support the stakeholders and represent Compensation team during Benefits renewal discussions

- Update the Benefits changes to the global team

- Review the communication plan (if any) on Benefit changes for employees

- Formulate the entity and level wise Benefits cost Budget for all employees

- Managing all the compensation processes for Consulting Entity for current year
