Role and Responsibilities :
- As a Compensation and Benefit consultant you will be apart of the core EMEA wellbeing team operating under the supervision of EMEA C&B manager. Your responsibilities under this role will be
- Develop and deliver regional benefits events and campaigns such as employee assistance programs engagement programs in line with global framework.
- Manage third party vendors, including selection, relationship management, termination, contract management while ensuring that internal vendor protocols are maintained with HR Vendor Management
- Join external industry forums, including the Global Business Group on Health, to ensure up-to-date awareness of market practice
- Work collaboratively with the international Compensation & Benefits community and other stakeholders as appropriate. Maintain relationship with the all local/ regional Benefits lead
Essential Qualifications :
To qualify for this role you will need to :
- Have a Graduate certification in any field .
- A Maters in HR will be preferred
- Atleast 6 to 13 years of work experience in compensation and Benefits.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with strong project management and organisational skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans.
