Compensation Analyst - IT (6-10 yrs)
Salary offered: 14 - 15 LPA
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with a Compensation focus, or applicable Business/Finance degree
Experience :
- 3 to 5 years of direct Compensation experience obtained with a multinational company
Interpersonal Skills :
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner, when explaining complex scenarios
- Maintain verbal and in-person contact with your clients to forge lasting working relationships
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from senior leadership in real time and conduct productive meetings
- As necessary, exercise courage when presenting ideas upward through the organization; provide the best consultation possible, even when the results may not be well received
Other Requirements :
- Compensation experience to include working within a global market structure, with market pricing experience in the UK, India, and the middle-east. Other country experience is helpful
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel including the ability to: write compound formulas, utilize pivot tables, create charts and graphs, and manage workbooks with multiple tabs
- High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint in crafting and delivering presentations
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to: recognize and diagnose problem areas in Compensation programs, conduct self-guided research into problem areas, craft meaningful analyses that display the problem, offer solutions and model outcome scenarios
- Experience with data scrubbing and maintaining data integrity
- Experience with HRIS data systems, as an end user or as a consultant for application development
- A detailed knowledge of process mapping, continuous improvement and service delivery - must provide prior examples of the application of these concepts in the field
- Ability to interact with colleagues in all levels of the organization for the express purpose of information gathering, consultation and building partnerships
Preferred Qualifications :
Education or Experience :
- Master's Degree in Human Resources with a Compensation focus, or applicable Business/Finance degree
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, obtained with a multinational company

- Oracle specific HRIS experience
