Compass Group - Lead - Talent Management & Rewards (6-12 yrs)
Overall Purpose of the Role :
The role is set to drive a lot of areas on the Engage and Perform pillars of the People Map. He/ She would lead the strategies on the Talent Management & Rewards areas for both In & Above Unit.
Key Accountabilities HR Policies and Procedures KPIs/Measures :
- Custodian of HR Policies and procedures.
- Design framework for apt deployment/adoption of the same in & above units
- Ensure regular update/roll out of HR policies.
- Timeliness in updation of procedures & policies
- Adherence to communication/training schedules of procedures & policies Talent and Performance
Management KPIs/Measures :
- Drive the entire PDR cycle (Performance Management) including KRA setting process. Manage stakeholder discussions and facilitate decisions.
- Custodian of Talent Management process and strategy.
- Driving people strategies like career pathing and succession planning In and Above unit
- Setting a roadmap of deployment of framework of the above
- Adherence to PDR cycle timelines
- ESAT Survey
- Percentage of critical roles covered under succession planning
- Adherence to timelines for TM activities. Rewards & Recognition KPIs/Measures
- Design and deployment of rewards & recognition framework & philosophy
- Define/Redefine bands and ranges of grades (both in unit and above unit)
- Engage in studies and benchmarking to ensure the above is in-line with internal and external parity
- Driving recognition strategies in & above Units - program management of the STAR Program
- Adherence to timelines for the plan roll out of initiatives
- Quality of periodic MIS and Reports
- Ensuring governance and reporting of deployment of these strategy
- Design Benefits Framework to match the need
- Design and roll out of the Incentives & Bonus program
Employee Engagement KPIs/Measures : Design & Driving engagement strategies In & Above Units
- Manage the Corporate Monthly Induction Program.
- Point of contact for Global Employee Satisfaction Surveys
- Adherence to objectives & timelines for the survey roll out
Person Specification :
- Bachelor's from any field
- MBA required
- Experience 6-10 yrs (relevant experience) Essential
- Masters in HR from HR from a Tier 1/2 B-School
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power point.
- Should be working as a COE in talent Management and Rewards in an organization of repute.
Desirable :
- Effective Communicator with excellent written and verbal communication.
