Job Description : Reporting to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Company Secretarial and Compliances function
- Understanding and experience of handling issues relating to Intellectual property and Trademarks
- Having good legal and secretarial knowledge on matters relating to Mergers and Acquisition
- Coordinating with corporate team on compliance related matter
The Successful Candidate:
- As a successful applicant, you should be Company Secretary with 8 + years of experience.
- You must have the ability to work in a global environment and must have excellent communication skills.
