Hiring for Company Secretary - Mumbai location Company : Law Firm Shift : General shift (should be comfortable working for extended work hours) Location : Lower Parel JOB DESCRIPTION : 1. Handling the Corporate Secretarial and related matters for the Clients in Bangalore and other locations; 2. Support and assist the seniors in the team in corporate compliance matters. 3. Research and advice on Company law and other allied acts. 4. Assisting in Transaction closings, preparing necessary corporate documentation. 5. Incorporation of companies and obtaining other approvals and licenses. 6. Managing regular secretarial compliance for clients, including their board and general meetings. 7. Maintaining and updating statutory secretarial records for the clients. 8. Coordinating with clients for various filings. 9. Filing of returns with MCA, RBI, SEBI etc. 10. Conducting RoC search as and when required. 11. Corporate Due Diligence. QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE: 1. Qualified Company Secretary 2. Experience (excluding Training period) : 2 to 5 years SKILLS: 1. Excellent English communication both oral and written 2. Highly Motivated with willingness to deal with challenging assignments 3.
