This position is responsible for :-  - Ensuring corporate compliance with procedures under Companies Act.  - Assisting in legal work and conducting secretarial and legal audits.  - Ensuring compliance with Company law.  - To maintain records and registers in adherence of the above mentioned status.  - To prepare and maintain minutes of board meetings and board resolutions.  - To liaise with the Registrar of Companies and ensure that the proper compliances are observed and records are updated.  - To assist in the legal matters including litigations and court proceedings.  - To conduct periodical secretarial audits and assist in legal audits.  - Drafting and conveying of petition, statutory replies and agreements related to above work.  Desired Skills and Experience:-  - A CS by qualification with 10+years of experience of working with an MNC   Monica
