Company Secretary - Chemical/Manufacturing

- Handling Corporate Law Compliances

- Handling Compliances under Listing Regulations, SEBI Regulations

- Maintenance of Statutory Registers and other records.

- E- filing of forms

- Preparation of Notices, Agenda and Minutes of Board and Shareholder's Meeting.

- Coordinating with Secretarial Auditors.

Candidate Profile :

1. Candidate must be working in a medium/large listed company, having a minimum turnover of Rs. 750 Crores. The company must be listed on BSE and / or NSE.

2. Candidates from CSE or SME Sector listed companies will not be considered.

3. Candidate must be working only in secretarial and legal profile.

4. Candidate must be working in his current organization from at least 1 year

5. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years work experience after Management Training.

Pls Note Candidate with accounts or finance profile need not apply.
