(Coordinate with statutory auditors and user departments and to assist and complete the audit of the books of accounts).  Company Secretarial Work - Secretarial compliances of the company and possess expert knowledge of all Companies Act 2013, SEBI Guidelines and Listed company compliances whilst supporting accounting function.   Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and rules & regulations made there under with special focus on Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Shareholder's Meetings. Maintain Compliance with Secretarial Standards (SS-1 & SS-2).  Ensure Statutory Compliances under Company Law i.e. filling and filing of Annual Returns and e-forms including XBRL filing with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) along with Preparation and maintenance of Statutory Records and registers - ESOP, Common seal, Charge registers and others. (Register of contracts, arrangements and appointments in which directors etc are interested).  Assist in convening and conducting AGM, Board / committee meetings and Regular Compliances. Record the minutes of the proceedings of the meetings of the directors and keep the record of the proceedings of all general/board meetings.  Strengthen Process to ensure of group critical compliances like Loans, Investments, RPTs, IFC, RCM, and practical implementation along with maintaining all records.
