Job Summary:
- To provide legal advice and support particularly in financial services products, services, transactions, governance, and risk-management.
- Develop an effective legal function across, manage external legal advisers & support the business to manage legal risk
Job Description :
- Has to ensure compliance with all Rules & Regulations and Filings applicable to the company.
- Draft, review, negotiate, execute contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Licensing Agreements, IPR related documents and other legal documents pertaining to the company
- Drafting and standardizing all legal documents of the treasury, business and all other documents relating to the company.
- Provide legal solution/ remedies to the Business Team to mitigate the risk involved in the business transactions
- To liaise with external legal consultants for specific cases/issues/ contracts/ documentations/ legal advisory services as required and review the work done by them
- Facilitation and dispute resolution by recording and monitoring of all claims, disputes, notices etc. with respect to a contract, and collaboration with related teams, for resolution of the same.
- To prepare/review all internal documents related to loans/agreements/associations including Project related/Loans/Financial Documents
- Monitoring and Governance of Contracts
Candidate's Profile :
