Accounting Professional - CA - BFSI

We are looking for Chartered accountants with 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or auditing for one of our Fortune 500 client.

Total Exp - 2 to 4 years

Job Location - Hyderabad

Primary responsibilities include:

- Preparing accounting memorandums for assessment of significant transactions undertaken.

- Assessing business combinations, leasing, revenues, debt classification, embedded derivatives, consolidation, non-controlling interest, debt modification vs. extinguishment, transactions between entities under common control, joint ventures, and sale-leasebacks

- Working cross-functionally with other groups to foresee potential accounting issues and recommend practical solutions associated with proposed business transactions

- Monitoring business activities, ensuring timely identification of accounting and financial reporting matters, and preparing high quality accounting memorandums for senior management and external auditors

- Analyzing and implementing new and proposed accounting standards (as required) and determining the impact on the company;

- Assisting in the preparation and review of corporate accounting policies and procedures;

- The Candidate must have a strong understanding of US GAAP.
