Experience: At least 2-3 years in compensation field. Worked on at least 2 compensation cycles. Familiarity with market survey methodology
Education: MBA preferable from a Tier1/Tier 2 institute
Skills: High in analytical skills, data mining, excellent in Microsoft excel, process orientation, good at networking, detailed oriented and organized, strong verbal and written skills

2.Coordinating with the vendors for compensation study
3.Creating of simulation sheets
4.Work on compensation tool for implementation of the system,
5.Managing with Vendors in Benefits space
6.Data mining the vendor benefits MIS reports and report findings
7.Operationally manage the benefit issues that can come across
