Apart from providing a top-rated analytics course (their post-grad program in Business Analytics), it also offers increasingly popular executive MBA programs and specialized courses such as the Financial Risk Analytics program.

It has delivered 500,000+ hours of learning content to thousands of working professionals in India and abroad. Our client has academic collaborations with Great Lakes Institute of Management and Illinois Institute of Technology. Its founding team has been part of multiple successful startups in the US and India.

As a Community Marketing Specialist, you will be an ambassador for our client by engaging effectively with the alumni, the student community and corporate partners. You are expected to be a strategic communicator with a good understanding of appropriate customization for different groups. You will need to become intimately familiar with the community, and use your judgement to engage appropriately. Your responsibilities include:

Alumni Engagement :

- Map alumni network and create customized communication templates by category

- Implement initiatives to support alumni in their career goals and enhance their professional stature

- Identify/create content for alumni connect through newsletters and social media

- Design and execute creative alumni engagement events (no staid dinner events at hotel hall - need to design experiences that are helpful to alumni, and that generate goodwill)

- Curate list of alumni who are willing and able to contribute to programs as faculty, mentors, evaluators, guest speakers and advisors, and recruit them through targeted campaigns

Corporate Engagement :

- Develop relationships with corporate partners (alumni network is a good starting point), and keep them up to date on developments and milestones

- Curate network of companies that the client should engage as intellectual partners

Student Showcase :

- Create community success reports a bi-annual report showcasing career success and advancement of the student alumni body

- Create student handbook showcasing our active students and their achievements

- Highlight student and alumni success stories in blog, social media and news avenues

You will also be responsible for other projects within the purview of maintaining an engaged student and alumni body, as well as external partners.

Candidate Profile:

- Top-notch communication skills

- Excellent networking and relationship building skills

- Knowledge of social media and content creation is a plus

- Fast learner

- Out-of-the-box thinking

- Able to strategize and execute activities and programs effectively

- Comfortable with high volumes of cold calling

- Experienced in end-to-end event management

- Rigorous in creating and maintaining MIS
