Job Description  Job Title: Manager – Finance (Financial Planning & Analysis)  Team: Finance  Location: Bangalore  Job Summary  Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will provide analytical support to the dynamic and rapidly growing business. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, long range strategic planning, reporting, operating expense forecasting, operational and financial metrics reporting, and implementing new processes. Additionally the FP&A Manager will lead the annual planning exercise. Other responsibilities include ad hoc analysis and broad exposure to other activities of the Finance Organization including support in process improvements and audits.  Principle Accountabilities  - Create and manage monthly financials reports process  - Track and present operational and financial metrics  - Lead the reporting requirements of Private Equity Investors  - Drive process for financial planning, forecasting including annual operating plans  - Identify and communicate risks / opportunities  - Ensure appropriate Analytics are performed on all operational and financial metrics and highlight root cause, actions required and drive decision making  Primary Relationships  - The position will be part of Finance Team  - This position works closely with Internal Teams  Best fit profile  - CA/MBA with 4-6 years relevant experience.  - Highly analytical and detail oriented  - Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions  - Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment  - Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload  - Strong financial analysis, financial modeling skills, and familiarity with  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written  - Experience in a internet / e commerce company will be an added advantage
