Job Description:  - Conceptualize and execute the marketing plans and campaign plans for the brand, encompassing both ATL and BTL initiatives  - Work on media plans and events   - Liaise with third party vendors and agencies on various brand activities and plans  - Track and monitor the competitive environment and market trends  - Work with cross functional teams with the organization on various marketing and branding activities  - Be a custodian of the brand and ensure various brand guidelines are set and followed across various initiatives in the organization  Skills and experience required:  - A total work experience of 3 - 8 years is desired  - Should have worked in a marketing or advertising domain. A prior experience in brand / product management would be a plus  - Should have worked with third party agencies to develop and execute brand campaigns  - Should be able to think creatively and innovatively on various brand challenges and solutions  - Should be a good in verbal and written communication  - eCommerce experience will be plus
