Overview of the position :   The Trader role will involve managing day to day activity of the current Product in the country including procurement, processing, quality, shipments and logistics.   - Strategize Olam expansion strategy. Trading business is spread across all major cities   - The PCH would need prioritize to maximise returns.  - Setting up team to take care of origination operation. Ensure operational controls are in place to minimize operational losses  - Coordinating with the product team and country to ensure positions are optimised. Optimising interest costs by managing cycle time and local logistics.   - Setting up trading and relationship with the key Accounts to ensure that we have enough liquidity for the local procurement.  - The role requires residing in upcountry locations and frequent travelling   Qualification & Experience :   - 2 to 3 years post MBA experience from Top B - Schools (IIM, IIFT, SIBM, IMT, NITIE, ISB)   Location : Western Africa
