Commercial Manager - Modern Trade & Marketing (CA - 1st Attempt)  A leading FMCG is looking out for Commercial Manager - CA (2011/2012 - 1st attempt)  Purpose of the Role :  - To drive commercial compliance across all processes in Marketing and Modern Trade and ensure spend effectiveness.  Qualification & Experience :   - Qualifications : CA-1st attempt at all levels (2011-2012)  - Age : 25 to 28 years  - Experience : 4 to 5 years of work experience in sales commercial or MT is preferred  Key Deliverable :  Marketing :  - Accounting of media / non - media spends of 500 crs  - Vendor Management : managing timely payments and periodic reconciliations   - Custodian of Budgetary controls  - Enhancing spend effectiveness/Analytics  - Ensuring continuous process improvements in marketing commercial domain in line with GRC framework including IT developments  - Providing finance support to the marketing team in areas such as audit, commercial / accounting hygiene, policies etc  Modern Trade and eCommerce :   - Continuous engagement with chains   - Commercial face in negotiation of TOT terms with chains  - Managing commercial compliance with respect to payment policies, credit norms, manpower supply contracts etc. with National Key accounts  - Quarterly customer reconciliation   - Ensuring claims are processed as per agreed TOT and adequate supporting   Key Competencies :  - Business and Commercial acumen  - Understanding of Governance Risk and Control  - Project Management  - Networking and Influencing  - Communication Skills  Reporting Relationships :  - Upwards : Head Commercial   - Downwards : team of executives and officers  Other Key Functional Interfaces :  - MT team : Key Account Managers/MT ASM  - Marketing team : Brand Managers  - Business Finance   - External : Vendors and Customers  - IT team  Growth Path & Future :  - The role holder can move to various roles in Finance function of Business Finance, Corporate Finance in India & International business   - Opportunity to move across Cross functional roles such as Business Process Transformation, Value Enhancement etc
