Commercial Manager - Metals/Oil & Gas/Water/Education Conglomerate

Client: This is a group level role. The client is a large conglomerate into metals, oil & gas, water and education

Location: Delhi

Experience: Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience at the corporate level in a commercial function.

JD:

Drafting and vetting various legal & commercial documents viz, Contracts, Agreements, Clarifications for Bidding Documents, EPC Contract etc

Litigation support for project site offices across various states.

Managing project site specific statutory compliance system through compliance portal

Advising commercial team on correspondence with contractors over contract disputes

Due Diligence of project documents

Advising commercial team on various legal risks in bid documents, bank guarantee formats etc.

Dealing specifically with matters pertaining to Regulatory issues, Land Acquisition, Contracts

Represent Corporate Clients in negotiations, Arbitrations, Litigation, conduct of Due Diligence.

Drafting Lease / Sale Deeds, Contracts, Agreements, Powers Of Attorney and various other types of documentation.

Represent Company for many International / National Litigation as well as non-litigation work

Matters relating to Client Protection, Arbitration & Conciliation, Banking, Debt and Equity.
