Position: Commercial Manager
Position Reporting to: CFO
Experience: 8 to 10 years Experience of which Minimum 2 years in similar position. Manufacturing background with export / import dependency required
Qualification: MBA in Finance or Marketing from a reputed institution

Job Overview:
- Negotiate contracts and exhibit risk management in negotiation ventures
- Manage business operations that affects cost, policy, procedure and strategic planning
- Dealing with conflicting situations
- Prepare business plans keeping commercial operations and relationships in sync
- Planning & coordinating internal customer satisfaction measures
- Planning & streamlining in internal processes
- Analyzing & review of commercial processes
- Keeping track of the market environment

- Monitoring the complaint resolution time
- Resolving Commercial and Contractual problems
- General awareness of labor laws
- Manage and foster relationships with client representatives
- Provide commercial advice to senior management
- Time bound management reporting and MIS
- Develop a thorough understanding of all commercial obligations and requirements of the Contract
- Communicate to management their obligations and monitor performance
- Conduct commercial reviews and audits of projects and contract related operations
- Weights & Measures, check materials, supplies, and equipment for the purpose of keeping relevant records.
- Managing customs documentation, tracking of advance license availability, usage & balance, closure & record keeping, managing data and clearance documentation
- Handle the total chain of export and import documentation activities.
- Review of enquires received from post shipment customers, obtain clarifications wherever required, follow-up and initiate appropriate activities
- Dealing with bank for LC & other formalities
- Dealings with C&F agents
- Coordinate with production team and customers for order & collections

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Needs to have good computer skills
- Keen understanding of finance

1. His familiarity with Export processes which includes warehouse activities, like space allocation, scanning, loading of containers etc.
2. Hands on experience in handling import shipments
3. Our exports are around 45-50 containers per month. He should have handled similar quantities.
4 Should have handled cash flow, sales forecast, sales reco, analysis of import export charges
