Role:
- Passion to create something new and path defining in the enterprise communication space
- Creating a commercial framework for Global Enterprises
- Demonstrate commercial value realization to Global Customers.
- Enable large account acquisition and retention
- Work on programs targeted towards enhancing customer value
- Maintaining financial parameters (EBITDA, Cash flow, IRR)
- Minimizing revenue erosion due to renewals
- Business performance (achieving revenue target)
- Enable product adoption amongst customers
- Re-sign Management
- Innovative commercial models
- Revenue enhancement initiatives
Strategic:
- Commercials-20%
- Revenue enhancement projects - 15%
Operational:
- Commercials offers & Analysis- 40%
- MIS tracker -15%
Developmental:
- Process improvements for various commercial operations & supporting function.
Experience Required:
- Telecom/Media/ICT pricing experience -5 years minimum
- MBA in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Patience and adaptability to work under extreme pressure with least supervision
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Willingness to be customer facing when situation demands
- Strategic and Out of the box thinking abilities
The job profile includes: Commercial Management for Converged Communication products. It consists of Creating & Managing priced propositions for customers, margin management in face of relentless price wars & efficient management of Pan India prices and rate cards. It also involves creating winning pricing strategies to win large deals in the market place.
Financial Dimensions:
- Margin management as per the benchmark decided by business for commercial offers.
- Delivery of business performance (All amounts in million rupees)
Non-Financial Dimensions:
- Managing circle Escalations
- Timeline management and adhering to TATs for giving commercial offers.
- Getting the best out of the feasibility / presales / Sales/Circle teams
