A leading FMCG Company is looking out for Commercial Manager - Manufacturing - CA - 1st Attempt - 2012/13/14  Purpose of the Role :  To drive commercial compliance across all processes in manufacturing operations across plants and 3P's.  Qualification & Experience :  Qualifications : CA-1st attempt at all levels (2011-2013)  Age : 25 to 30 years  Experience : 3 to 5 years of work experience preferably in plant location or HO manufacturing commercial  Key Deliverables :  - Custodian of financial & operational controls for the manufacturing function including periodic review of policies,   - Overall responsible for Budgetary Controls for entire manufacturing function encompassing validation and approval of budgets,periodic monitoring of actual and gap management  - Key participants in Capex Investment decisions  - Identifying and leveraging opportunities for fiscal benefit optimization.  - SPOC for entire manufacturing decision support  - Responsible to drive commercial/accounting hygiene across manufacturing  - Responsible for identifying and driving value creation opportunities  - Drive automation agenda in reporting in back end  Key Competencies :  - Business and Commercial acumen  - Understanding of Governance Risk and Control  - Project Management  - Networking and Influencing  - Communication Skills  Reporting Relationships :  Upwards : Head Commercial  Downwards : team of executives and officers  Other Key Functional Interfaces:  - Factory Commercial Managers & teams  - Works Head  - Business Finance  - Corporate Accounts  - IT team
