Urgent vacancy for the position of Manager Commercial with a well known Company

Key Responsibilities :-

Main purpose of the role :

1. Co-manage the Regional Business Objectives of Profitable Growth across product through a business partnering and controlling role, being responsible for both the accelerator and the brake.

2. Manage all commercial aspects of India's Southern Regional operations

3. The position of F&A Commercial Support is uniquely positioned within the Regional set up to understand and drive the company's defined processes and ways of working following the General Business principles, starting from order acquisition to order execution to payment collection, while ensuring compliance to statutory and fiscal laws applicable in the Region for the defined business

4. The F&A Commercial Support position exists to implement all the commercial policies in the Regional operations and maintain adequate checks and controls to ensure the same.

5. Provide support and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and risk management efforts of the regional business.

6. Guide and influence business growth by focusing organization on Cost Management, Operational Excellence, seeking means of profitable growth and maximizing productivity for short cash conversion cycles.

7. Guard business integrity through effective deployment of financial controls and discipline in all regional operations, ensuring transparency in financial processes and reporting and compliance to statutory regulations.

8. Provide decision support through insightful and value added MIS.
