We have an urgent requirement with one of the biggest consumer durable group at Gurgaon.  Designation : Commercial Finance Head   Profile :  - Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of country operations  - Financial book keeping and reporting in line with company and statutory accounting guidelines and principles  - Setting Accounting guidelines & systems and implementation through mySAP  - Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, position control documents, department budgets, ledger, account maintenance and data entry  - Devising long term financial plans and budgets  - Accountable for Cost Management and Cost Control  - Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and other reports  - Responsible for Financial Analysis and Effective Cash Flow monitoring  - Evaluate credit worthiness of customers and fixing credit limits  - Preparing Quarterly Results for compliance with SEBI requirements  - Preparing Budgets and Quarterly Rolling Forecasts in co-ordination and discussion with COO  - Channel, Vendor and Consumer Financing  - Adherence to and resolution of issues related to Direct Tax, TDS and company taxation  - Team Performance tracking and analysis by way of effective review mechanism  - Finalization of Books of accounts  - Internal audit and Statutory audit compliance  Interested candidate with similar profile forward CV in word format with current and expected package.  VED 09811762409
