Reporting: Head Commercial Finance
Key responsibilities:
- Provide vital inputs in pricing decisions. In depth understanding of State/Regional profitability including all key factors that impact this
- Support the Sales teams in their use of the State Profitability Model and in driving Annual Operating plans for the Region
- Provide support on Measurement and Evaluation of the Trade and promotional spends
- Support the identification of performance issues through the BPM process. Investigate, analyse and produce recommendations to solve the issues
- Commercial negotiations with promoters
- Guide and Support Sales team on compliance
- Work on ad hoc strategic and tactical sales projects as and when required
Key relationships:
- Sales and Finance teams
- Sales Director and Finance Director
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA/MBA Finance
- Ideally at least 5 years of FMCG/Manufacturing experience with a good mix of marketing and commercial experience
- Strong analytical skills

- Capable of solving complex problems using a pragmatic approach
