Position : Commercial-Finance Business Partner  Experience Required : CA/MBA with 3 - 5 years post qualification  Business Partnering :  - Develops full plans to ensure the regional NSV targets are delivered. Actively involved in defining the state/cluster wise P&L targets  - Monthly business review and gap analysis- Identifying R&O and structuring discussion with Commercial and Finance Leadership to mitigate risk  - Plays the classical FP&R role on the National Commercial Scorecard - Gap analysis across all measures, drives action to where the issues are, assesses sufficiency of action plans to bridge the gap, works with team to create investment proposals where required and sell them internally  MOR :  - Owns this as a process. Develop the structure, drive the quality and rigor Action Plan  - Performance analytics and Forecasting- NSV/BTL/TTL/DSO  - To discuss state/brand performance with RPCs- Identify opportunities through business analytics  - To initiate discussions on Market Share  - Receivable Analysis and Action plan to achieve Target DSO  TTL/ BTL management :  BTL : Complete management. Develop the plans at Cluster Level, track spend, manage budgets  - Embed Measurement & Evaluation culture across RPC/HO for driving efficiencies in spends along with budgetary controls  - Be the custodian of any investment proposal coming out of the region- More for More etc.  Pricing :  - Lead annual Pricing agenda by brand by state - Ensure Annual Price Increase target delivery  - Cost cards and other back-end work required to support SAP set up- Automation  - Ensure Control and compliance through robust processes  Specific Projects :  Play a role as defined - eg. NRM, Route to Market etc.  Role requirement : Candidates with Appx. 3 years of experience, from top FMCG MNCs CA or MBA from Top institute  Salary: 18 LPA max
