Commercial - Collections/Recovery - Media (12-14 yrs)

Educational back ground:

1. Minimum B.Com/ M.Com with 12-14 years of experience

2. Preferably should have worked 2-4 years in Media Industry

3. Exposure to ERP like SAP etc

4. Experience of liasion with government for recovery is preferable.

ROLE:

1. Develop deep understanding of key customer in J&K, Punjab, Himachal, Haryana. Monthly visits to build relationship and be on top of recoveries.

2. Understand local deals and arrangement with key clients / agencies. Monthly provisioning followed with analytical review of performance prior to issuing incentive.

3. Periodic MIS to HO / Local management. Develop excellent grasp on key issues delaying payments and sit and discuss those with MM head and Unit head/ UFC to ensure we address and act in time.

4. Full understanding of Commercial standard operating procedures. Have confidence and maturity to discuss any violations with local management and commercial head in time.

5. Address all internal audit / Statutory audit issues and ensure smooth monthly/ quarterly and annual closing of revenues.

6. Monthly review of Credit notes / Cheque dishonours to ensure suitable action is taken against the parties well in time.

7. Adherence to Credit limit management, discuss credit issues with MM head and local team to ensure no surprises in form of enhancing huge unsecured credit.

8. Close monitoring of all RMPs and develop a performance measurement scorecard to ensure we pay for performance and are able to weed out non performing RMP's.

9. Frequent visit to locations - top clients to stay on top of developments and ensure company interest and recoveries are protected at all times.
