Commeasure - Online Product Manager (3-10 yrs)

Commeasure is India's fastest growing 'Direct to Hotel" booking platform that is focused on independent hotels.

The platform helps hotels get more direct bookings through their own digital channels through a plug and play solution. We have simplified a fairly complicated tech/product ecosystem that is difficult to master for these independent hotels.

We need a live wire online product manager based either in India or Singapore who has exposure to either online travel or e commerce. As an early employee he/she would have the opportunity to shape the future of the company and grow with us. This is a critical position. Singapore has a robust and exciting start up culture and relocation is also possible.

- To understand customer needs and pain points and hence define the product working with cross functional teams

- To Identify the metrics for the product and the business to rigorously measure and improve them

- Preparation of yearly product plan with financial targets and actions.

- Continuously tracking and monitoring the competition and preparing benchmark report on the same.

- Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same

- Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed

- Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs/schedules versus customer benefits

- Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live

- Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user behaviour and competition. Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, vendors, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action

- Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for product and marketing communication

- Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends

- Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations

- Work with various support teams(technology, design, marketing, contracting) to manage operational issues such as fulfilment, external partner relationships, legal and other compliances and customer conversions.

- Work with finance and accounting team to identify key cost and revenue drivers for product areas, obtain financial evaluations from finance team for new business options

- Drive customer conversions and increase customer delight via system interventions as well as impactful contacts/leads management

Responsibilities:

- Ownership of the product

- Oversee and manage the product on daily basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Engineering/IT (preferably Computer Science). BA/BSc/B.Com from top institutes are also encouraged to apply. MBA preferred but not mandatory
