Key Responsibilities:

- Product and business strategy.

- Ability to mentor a team to deliver products and custom applications.

- Responsible for complete ownership of the product including product features and roadmap.

- Develop innovation pipeline and define product road map in the medium to long term in order to meet business objectives

- Conduct market landscaping and competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity for business.

- Establish processes to improve quality and speed of product delivery such as comprehensive requirement gathering, proper documentation (PRD/SRS etc), impact analysis, usability testing, test cases review etc.

Technical Skills:

- Product Visualization

- Web Analytics

- Data Interpretation

- Online Product Design

- Wireframes

Desired Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics and MBA from IIM & Top Institute

- Strong Technical Skills, Excel, Analytics

- Relevant experience of working in large Internet /Software Product companies

- Brilliant at communication, change management, project planning and leadership capabilities

- Having hands-on expertise on internet product(s) would be an added advantage
