Head of Operations for a 500 plus FTE International Collections process for an MNC Bank client.

Min 12 years experience with a large part of it in Collections, handling large teams.

Responisble for Metrics management/Business Performance & Analysis .

Good understanding of business with P&L responsibility

Experience in Bank cards/Mortgage will be preferable.
