CoHo - Lead - Operations & Process Excellence - IIT/IIM/ISB

Core Responsibilities

- Design lean operation strategies for improving the Operational efficiency

- Geographical expansion in new cities to increase market reach; serviceability will be a key driver for scale

- Build 'super quick' delivery options and create alternate delivery models to optimize operational cost

- Lead operations team to effectively manage BAU

- Bring in strong execution focus and customer responsiveness approach to the organization

- Should work cohesively with Technology and product teams to help technology enabled operational excellence

Requirement

- Graduate from IIT and/or Post Graduate from IIM/ISB

- High level of analytical and problem solving skills

- 4-8 years of work experience

- Aptitude to work in a start-up setting
