HR is responsible for the formulation and implementation of central HR processes running across employee life cycle in the locations consistently.  Key Competencies:  - Knowledge of functional human resources disciplines, including Compliance, Health and Safety, Talent Management, Grievance Handling  - Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to employee and labor relations   - Ability to coordinate people and resources   - Ability to establish trust and a reputation for discretion and sound judgment and advice  - Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership  - Excellent oral and written communication skills   - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills   Key Responsibilities:  - Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of people programs, systems, and processes to support the business  - Ensure timely responsiveness towards all discrimination and harassment related cases  - Bring in innovation and best practices to the function through technology adoption and other modes  Education and Experience Requirements:   - Masters degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field preferred  - Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in employee and labor relations   - Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a function   - Experience with change management, labor relations and negotiations, and strategic planning preferred  - Experience in managing labor relations as well as the principles, practices, and procedures of HR management
