HR is responsible for the formulation and implementation of central HR processes running across employee life cycle in the locations consistently.  Key Competencies   Knowledge of functional human resources disciplines, including Compliance, Health and Safety, Talent Management, Grievance Handling  Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to employee and labor relations  Ability to coordinate people and resources  Ability to establish trust and a reputation for discretion and sound judgment and advice  Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills   Key Responsibilities  Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of people programs, systems, and processes to support the business  Ensure timely responsiveness towards all discrimination and harassment related cases  Bring in innovation and best practices to the function through technology adoption and other modes   Education and Experience Requirements  Masters degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field preferred  Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in employee and labor relations  Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a function  Experience with change management, labor relations and negotiations, and strategic planning preferred  Experience in managing labor relations as well as the principles, practices, and procedures of HR management
