Responsibilities:  - Strategy Development: Support strategy development, including data gathering and analysis, competitive positioning, and analysis of differentiators and value proposition  - Strategy Execution: Support strategy execution efforts; tracking and reporting progress  - Acquisition Target Analysis: Perform investigative analysis on acquisition targets including history, results / projections, cash flows, market analysis, management information, commercial and operational issues, and systems and controls  - Messaging: Support creation of detailed messaging themes to support strategy, key capabilities, value proposition and practice level collaterals  - Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis on a regular basis. Analyze quarterly and yearly earning calls, review deals database, scan press release and industry reports etc.  - Market Trends: Track and analyze analyst/industry reports (e.g. Garter, Forrester) to understand key market trends  - Research: on emerging markets / service opportunities  - Briefings: Support creation of material for Analyst or Intermediary briefings  - Executive Interaction: Support creation of insights and presentations for Executives  Basic Qualifications & Desired Skills/Experience:  - MBA from Tier-1 B-school (preferably 2011/2012 batch)  - Experience in handling multiple senior stakeholders (client/organization leadership)  - Consulting experience preferred  - Understanding of IT Services Industry  - Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing  - High level of motivation and commitment  - Ability to operate and deliver independently without significant oversight
