- Act as SPOC for all assigned BD tasks for Service Desk
- Should have IT IS domain Knowledge
- Participate in meetings with internal/external stakeholders and Vertical teams
- Understand client requirements (RFP/ RFI),identify missing information and prepare questionnaire to gather additional information
- Work with Technology Office/ Soln. Architect/ Sr. BD Analyst on building the response to the RFP/ RFI/ proposal
- Assist Soln. Architect/ Sr. BD Analyst/ BD Lead in detailing and articulation of solutions (response to RFPs/ RFIs/ unsolicited bids, etc) and ensure completeness and quality of response
- Work on pricing models and profitability sheets (under guidance of Sr. BD Analyst/ Soln. Architect/ Finance team if needed)
- Create customer presentations and provide support in overall opportunity management.
- Presales in infrastructure domain
